Integration with external management systems is often a concern for merchants. We were born as a system integrator and have twenty years of experience in integrations. Our strong know-how in the development of custom Magento modules also includes the creation of modules for integration between the Magento eCommerce platform and ERP management systems. Integration with an ERP management system is a complex task.
Merchants’ needs are often diverse. In some cases, merchants don’t have a management software, but following a growth in business, they eventually require an ERP system seamlessly integrated with their e-commerce platform. Other times, both e-commerce and ERP systems are present, but they are disconnected and managed manually, requiring integration to automate the order entry process and synchronize price lists and warehouse stock. There are many management software systems on the market, often very different from each other, so each integration is tailored after a careful feasibility study.
We integrate Magento 2 with Business Cube
We are an NTS partner and have developed the integration module between Magento 2 and the NTS Business Cube management system.
The Magento/Business integration supports the following features:
- Synchronization of simple and complex products (variants, kits)
- Descriptions in different languages
- Group, subgroup, family, brand, classification, photo
- Barcode (EAN);
- OLE objects (Magento attributes and image gallery, mapped to a Business OLE table, configurable product management and dynamic bundles)
- Management of attribute sets mapped from Business to Magento
- Related and alternative products (accessories and substitutes)
- Standard price list, special price list, and B2B price lists for user groups
- Price management in foreign currencies
- VAT classes, splitting where necessary
- Warehouse stock (total of warehouses selected for e-commerce)
- Customer records (business/private), various destinations
- Magento customer orders (imported as customer commitments in Business)
- Order status changes, shipment tracking, transaction ID
