  • Are backups encrypted?

    Yes, AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit.

  • Can I do self-service restore?

    For some scenarios (files, emails) yes. For complex restores, we handle it.

  • How much space do I need?

    Depends on data size and retention. We’ll estimate together during assessment.

  • What happens if the primary DC is down?

    Data is replicated to Palermo. Restore possible from secondary location.
